Horizon House - Drug Care

Horizon House provides information, counselling, treatment and preventative work for drug users. It also runs a syringe/needle exchange scheme.
Recently added services include an alcohol team, young people outreach work, arrest referral scheme drug treatment testing order, home and in-patient drug detox.
